Absolutely. As your business grows, your website can grow with it. Whether you add new services, open another location, or want additional features such as a booking system, online shop or blog, we can build it in when you're ready. Most clients start small and expand over time. If you need more than an hour of support each month, we can increase your plan or quote for small one-off add-ons — whichever suits you best.

Yes. Our pay monthly plan has a minimum 24 month term. This allows us to spread the cost of the build and ongoing support fairly while keeping the monthly price manageable for small pet businesses.

After 2 years you will have the option of a free website refresh to keep things looking modern and current. If you are happy as it is, nothing changes - your monthly plan continues and we will carry on looking after everything for you. If you do choose the refresh, we will simply extend your contract by a further 24 months.

We will put together a website proposal so you know exactly how it all works, plus a simple online contract for everyone’s peace of mind. Before we begin, it is helpful if you can share any existing branding, photos, wording, social media links and an idea of the services you want to promote, but if you are not sure, we will guide you through it step by step.

We can arrange a meeting with you (via Zoom or a phone call) to talk through your pet business, your goals and what you already have in place, or if you'd rather we can communicate via message or email. Whatever works best for you. We'll then use that to create you a website which showcases you and your business and gives you an online presence to be proud of.
